With Yahoo’s recent acquisition of the Rockmelt browser many people are saying that second tier browsers are done with for good. While it is true that second tier browsers are basically nonexistent right now I firmly believe that there is a great opportunity with this void. I recently got targeted for a browser called ‘Torch’ on Facebook the other day and when I downloaded it and started playing with it I couldn’t help but feel like I was once again using Rockmelt. As a side note at least Torch was smart enough to advertise their social browser on a social network on like someone else lol. Clearly some other people are going to look at the $70 million dollar acquisition and say to themselves, how can I make people web surfing experience better. We all know how hard it is to gain market share in the browsers war but I would ask you just one question. When was the last time a browser changed …….
